Refund Policy
At Bradley’s Best Catering, we take pride in delivering high-quality food and professional service. Due to the nature of catering services and advance preparation of food, the following refund policy applies:
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your event date, staff, and food planning.
Cancellations
-
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, as food, staffing, and logistics will have already been arranged.
Guest Count Changes

Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

Reductions in guest count after this deadline are not eligible for refunds.

Increases in guest count may be accommodated based on availability and will be charged accordingly.
Event Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

Menu changes requested after final confirmation may incur additional costs.
Service Issues

If there is a concern regarding service or food quality, it must be reported during the event or within 24 hoursafter the event.

Refunds or credits, if approved, will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
Weather & Force Majeure

Bradley’s Best Catering is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures. Refunds will not apply in these situations.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
