Bradley’s Best Catering was founded by Chef Brad Floyd, a New Orleans native whose culinary journey is rooted in tradition, resilience, and excellence. At 43 years old, Chef Brad brings decades of professional experience shaped by one of the most vibrant food cultures in the world.
Born and trained in New Orleans, Chef Brad developed his craft surrounded by the rich flavors, techniques, and hospitality that define Louisiana cuisine. His talent and dedication led him to serve as a chef for the New Orleans Saints football organization, where precision, consistency, and performance under pressure were essential. This high-level environment refined his ability to deliver exceptional food for elite clients and demanding standards.
In 2005, when Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, Chef Brad’s life and career were profoundly impacted. Like many, he was forced to rebuild and reimagine his future. This turning point led him to Florida, where he embraced a new chapter and expanded his culinary path beyond traditional catering.
In Florida, Chef Brad entered the world of private yacht cheffing, a role that demands absolute discretion, versatility, and uncompromising quality. As a yacht chef, he has cooked for high-net-worth individuals, billionaires, and international celebrities, traveling worldwide and delivering bespoke culinary experiences in some of the most exclusive settings imaginable. This experience elevated his approach to service, emphasizing personalization, detail, and refined execution.
Drawing from his Southern roots, professional sports background, and luxury yacht experience, Chef Brad created Bradley’s Best Catering to offer clients more than just food. Formally trained and highly specialized in personal organization, tablescapes, and refined décor, she is Chef Brad’s wife and right hand. With 10 years as a yacht stewardess, Priscila has worked at the highest level of luxury, meeting and exceeding elite, high-end expectations worldwide.
